These terms govern the website and the apps offered by PARTY HUB S.R.L. under the “PartyHub” brand (“PartyHub”). Merely consulting them does not constitute acceptance: when acceptance is required, the decision is expressed in the interface and is associated with the version and the hash of the document recorded by the server.

1. Description of the Service
1.1 PartyHub is a platform for discovering events and venues, for booking entry on the guest list or at a table and, at the venues that enable it, for buying tables and drinks in the app. Booking through PartyHub is free of charge.
1.2 PartyHub is a marketplace. Tables and drinks bought in the app are sold by the venue or organiser shown on the payment screen, which acts as a trader. The purchase contract is concluded with them, and the consumer rights relating to the purchase (conformity, refunds, complaints about delivery) apply against them. PartyHub provides the platform that enables booking, ordering and payment and is not a party to the sales contract.
1.3 PartyHub does not sell tickets for events. Booking is free of charge and PartyHub does not charge the user any additional fees on in-app purchases of tables and drinks. Any optional subscriptions for users are governed by the Consumer subscription terms. Unless otherwise stated, the entry fee is paid at the venue. The QR code generated by the platform is a personal confirmation of a booking or order, not a ticket; it is valid for a single use and may not be assigned or transferred.
1.4 PartyHub’s role depends on the activity it actually performs for the specific service: the platform does not use a disclaimer to exclude liability for the activities it actually controls.
2. Account and minimum age
2.1 To book and buy you must register an account with truthful information. The Service is reserved for persons aged 18 or over. Each person may have only one account and is responsible for keeping their credentials safe.
3. Rules of conduct
3.1 By using the Service you undertake not to:
- publish content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or harassing or that infringes the rights of third parties;
- upload images or texts for which you do not hold the rights or that portray third parties without their consent;
- use the Service for fraudulent purposes or to circumvent its security measures, including by creating multiple accounts;
- transfer to third parties the QR code, which is valid for a single use;
- offer for sale, resell or transfer for consideration bookings, guest list places, tables or entry tickets of any kind, including through chat or published content;
- engage, at venues or towards other users and staff, in behaviour that is violent, harassing, discriminatory or dangerous or that causes harm to people or property.
3.2 You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You grant PartyHub a licence limited to hosting and displaying it for the sole purpose of providing the Service.
4. Moderation and reports (notice & action)
4.1 In line with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act), you can report content or behaviour that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms through the in-app tools, the public page Report content (which can also be used without an account) or by writing to info@partyhubofficial.com. Every report receives a confirmation with a case number.
4.2 Venues and organisers may also report serious behaviour by a user at their events, such as violence, harassment or damage. PartyHub does not allow venues to share exclusion lists or judgements about users with one another.
4.3 Reports are examined by a member of our team: we do not use fully automated decisions. If the report is well-founded, the content may be removed and the account may be restricted or suspended, in proportion to the seriousness and repetition. The person concerned receives the reasoned decision, stating the clause breached, and the person who reported receives the outcome. Every decision can be challenged by writing to the point of contact with the case number: the challenge is reviewed, where possible, by a different person. The point of contact for users and authorities (Arts. 11-12 DSA) is info@partyhubofficial.com.
5. Bookings, cancellations and reliability
5.1 You can cancel a booking free of charge from the app at any time. To protect venues and users who keep their commitments, the platform records no-shows and late cancellations:
- a) no-show: a confirmed booking, not cancelled and without check-in at the event;
- b) late cancellation: a cancellation made less than 3 hours before the start of the event.
5.2 The number of no-shows and late cancellations in the last 12 months makes up your reliability indicator. It is visible to you in your profile and to the venues where you ask to book, which always decide through a person. After 4 no-shows in 12 months, the ability to book is suspended for 30 days.
5.3 You can dispute any entry within 30 days from the app or by writing to info@partyhubofficial.com, for example if you were present but the check-in was not recorded. A member of our team checks the dispute and, if it is well-founded, corrects the indicator and lifts any suspension.
6. In-app purchases of tables and drinks
6.1 Before payment the app shows you the seller, the total price including VAT, what you are buying and the seller’s cancellation and refund policy. For tables, it states whether the amount is a price, an advance on the minimum spend or a deposit (caparra).
6.2 Payment is processed by Stripe and is credited directly to the seller. The confirmation of the purchase and the related QR code are available in the app; the tax document is issued by the seller.
6.3 If the event is cancelled or postponed, or if the table or drinks paid for are not provided to you for reasons not attributable to you, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. In other cases the seller’s policy shown before payment applies. If the seller fails to do so, you can contact PartyHub, which may arrange the refund on the seller’s behalf in the cases provided for.
6.4 Under Article 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities with a specific date of performance, such as tables and drinks for a specific event.
6.5 Alcoholic drinks are sold only to persons aged 18 or over. The venue may check age on delivery, including by asking for an identity document, and must refuse service in the cases provided for by law, for example to persons who are manifestly drunk. The effects of the refusal on the refund are governed by the seller’s policy and by law.
7. Ranking of results and sponsored content
7.1 Events and venues are ranked according to: relevance to the search or to the preferences expressed; proximity to the location or to the city selected; date of the event; completeness of the listing; user interest, such as views, favourites and bookings. If you have enabled personalised recommendations, the ranking also takes your activity into account.
7.2 Venues may obtain greater visibility for a fee: the content that benefits from it is always labelled “Sponsored” or “Promoted”. In sections ranked by relevance, all other parameters being equal, events of venues with a paid subscription may appear first. Text search does not take payments into account.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1 Venues and organisers are responsible for the activities they control, such as the accuracy of the information, the running of the event, entry, and the provision of the tables and drinks sold. PartyHub remains responsible for its own obligations and for the activities over which it exercises actual control, including the proper functioning of the platform. No clause limits rights or liabilities that cannot be waived, including wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury and consumer protections.
9. AI assistant and recommendations
9.1 The Service includes an assistant based on artificial intelligence, clearly identified as such in the interface, and, if you enable them, personalised recommendations. Answers and suggestions are generated automatically and may contain errors: they do not replace the venue’s official information (opening hours, prices, entry conditions), which prevails in case of discrepancy.
10. Personal data
10.1 The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy, in the cookie and tracking notice and in the Artificial intelligence notice. The privacy notice is provided for information and is not accepted as a contract or used as a blanket consent; optional consents are requested separately.
11. Changes to the Terms
11.1 PartyHub may amend these Terms to bring them into line with changes in legislation or with measures of the authorities, to introduce, modify or discontinue features, for security reasons or for other objective reasons of a similar nature. Material changes are communicated with at least 15 days’ notice by email and in the app. If you do not accept them you can close your account at any time, free of charge.
11.2 This version takes effect for users already registered once 15 days have passed from the communication, and for new users from acceptance. The purchase terms in Article 6 apply in any case to each purchase made after their publication.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
12.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile. The mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. For information: info@partyhubofficial.com.
