Consumer subscription terms

These terms govern the optional subscriptions reserved for users, sold by PARTY HUB S.R.L. under the PartyHub brand, when the buyer acts for purposes outside their trade or profession. They do not apply to business plans, even if purchased by private organisers, which are governed by the Business subscription terms and by Article 17 of the Business Terms. Nor do they apply to in-app purchases of tables and drinks, which are sold by venues or organisers under the Terms of Service. The purchase takes place on the web; the features linked to the account can also be used in the iOS and Android apps, which neither sell nor renew the subscription.

1. Information before the order

The summary shown before the order forms part of the contract and states the plan, features, duration, total price including VAT, currency, billing frequency, renewal and how to terminate. The final button indicates unambiguously the obligation to pay. After the order you receive confirmation on a durable medium at the account’s email address.

2. Payment and start date

Payment is processed by Stripe with the method chosen at checkout; PartyHub does not receive the full card number. The service starts from confirmation of payment and remains available for the period stated in the summary, subject to withdrawal, legal remedies, lawful suspensions or termination on request.

3. Renewal, cancellation and downgrade

Unless otherwise stated in the summary, the subscription renews automatically with the same frequency until cancelled. You can cancel from the subscription area: cancellation prevents subsequent renewals and the features remain available until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation, withdrawal and deletion of the account are separate operations. Before a downgrade we show you the effective date and the changes to the features; data are not deleted merely because the plan changes.

4. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason, using the Subscription withdrawal function, by an unequivocal statement sent to info@partyhubofficial.com or by using the attached form. You receive confirmation on a durable medium without delay and the refund within 14 days, using the same means of payment. If you expressly requested that the subscription start during the withdrawal period, in the event of withdrawal you pay only the amount proportionate to the service provided until you communicated your withdrawal.

5. Non-payment, changes and termination

In the event of non-payment PartyHub may retry the charge and, after a notice, restrict the paid features. Changes to prices or terms are permitted only for the reasons set out in the Terms of Service, are communicated with at least 15 days’ notice and, if you do not accept them, you can cancel free of charge before they take effect. Support, documents, cancellation, withdrawal, export and deletion of the account always remain available.

6. Conformity of the digital service and complaints

The legal remedies for lack of conformity of digital services and the consumer’s competent court remain unaffected. Support requests and complaints can be sent to info@partyhubofficial.com. PartyHub does not undertake in advance to use a specific alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body, unless agreed in the individual case or required by law; it remains possible to contact the competent ADR bodies.
