2. AI chat
- The interface always indicates that you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system and not with a person.
- To generate the reply, your messages and the necessary context (for example the city selected or the event you are looking at) are sent to the OpenAI APIs; OpenAI acts as our provider.
- Replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. The venue’s official information, such as opening hours, prices and entry conditions, always prevails.
- Do not enter sensitive data in the chat, such as health information, or data about other people.
- The chat does not decide on access to events, does not make bookings or purchases on your behalf without your confirmation and does not produce decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
- You can report an incorrect or inappropriate reply with the dedicated command: reports are examined by our team.
- AI chat content is kept for 12 months and is not used for marketing, reports or disclosures to third parties.
| Use of data by the provider | Condition |
|---|---|
| Training of the provider’s models | No. Data sent through the API are not used to train or improve the provider’s models, and in our account data sharing for model improvement is disabled. |
| Retention by the provider | Up to 30 days in abuse monitoring logs, then deleted, unless longer retention is required by law. Requests are not stored by the provider beyond this period. |
| Transfer outside the EU | United States, with the safeguards set out in §13 of the User Privacy Policy |
2-bis. Other features that use the AI provider
In addition to the chat, PartyHub uses the provider’s APIs to: interpret your search request and extract its parameters; generate numerical representations of content (embeddings), used in search and in the organisation of results; produce drafts and text suggestions for event content, offered to venues and organisers. In these cases only the data necessary for the specific feature are sent.
3. Personalised recommendations
With your consent, the events and venues suggested take into account searches, views, favourites and bookings. Precise location, if authorised, is used only to show you nearby events and is not added to the profile; data from the Match feature and special categories of data are never used. Recommendations do not affect access to events. Without consent, or after withdrawal, you see a non-personalised ordering and can continue to use the basic AI chat. Sponsored content is always labelled and is independent of your profile.
4. Model improvement
Only if you give the specific optional consent do we use, in pseudonymised form, your interactions with event suggestions, such as views, favourites and bookings, to train and improve our recommendation models. We do not use data from the Match feature, precise location, gender or chat content. After withdrawal, which you can do at any time from the settings, your data are not used for new training and are deleted within 24 months of collection.
5. Match feature
If you activate the Match feature with your explicit consent, an automated system suggests matches with other attendees based on the compatibility questionnaire, the preferences expressed and like/pass interactions. Match feature data are used only for this feature and are deleted when you deactivate it. Matches are suggestions: it is always you who decides whether to interact.
6. Automated systems that are not AI
The reliability indicator and the limits on new requests after a refusal are based on fixed rules and objective data, not on artificial intelligence. The decision to admit you to an event is always taken by a person at the venue. Reports of serious behaviour and any suspensions are always assessed by a member of our team. No PartyHub feature takes decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you (Article 22 GDPR).
7. AI-generated content
If PartyHub uses artificial intelligence to generate or modify images, videos or texts shown on the Platform, it labels them recognisably as generated or modified with AI, in the cases provided for by the AI Act. Organisers are responsible for the content they publish, even if created with AI tools, and must not publish misleading content.
8. Your controls and rights
- Activate or withdraw at any time, from the settings, your consent to personalised recommendations, to model improvement and to the Match feature.
- Report incorrect replies or content and ask for a person to intervene.
- Dispute the entries in your reliability indicator.
- Exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability provided for in the User Privacy Policy, by writing to info@partyhubofficial.com or from the Legal and privacy centre.
9. Changes
Before introducing new features based on artificial intelligence or new providers, we update this notice and, if necessary, ask you for new consent. Previous versions remain available in the Legal and privacy centre.
