This notice explains which cookies, device storage tools and SDKs PartyHub uses on the website and in the apps, for what purposes and how you can choose. It supplements the User Privacy Policy and is updated every time we introduce, change or remove a tool.

1. What this is about
Cookies and similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, the SDKs included in the apps and device identifiers, save or read information on your device. Some are essential to make the service you request work; others are used to measure use of the service or for advertising purposes and require your consent.

The Measurement and Marketing categories are disabled by default. As at the date of this version we do not use any third-party measurement or marketing tools, either on the website or in the apps: no advertising SDK, no analytics system, no crash reporting tool and no advertising identifier. The internal statistics described in the User Privacy Policy (purpose 13) are produced from service data in our systems, not through tracking tools installed on your device. If in future we introduce tools in these categories, we will list them here before activating them and they will remain blocked until you consent.

5. How to choose and change your mind
- On your first visit to the website a banner lets you accept everything, reject everything or choose by category. Closing the banner with the “X” is the same as rejecting. No box is pre-ticked, and continuing to browse does not count as consent.
- You can change or withdraw your choices at any time, as easily as you gave them, from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, from the Legal and privacy centre and, in the apps, from the privacy settings.
- Your choices remain valid for 6 months. We will ask you again before then only if the tools used or the purposes change.
- Device permissions, such as location and notifications, can also be managed from the operating system settings. You can also delete cookies and data from your browser settings.
- Rejecting does not prevent you from using features that do not depend on the tool rejected.
6. Evidence of choices
We record every choice with the version of the notice shown, the date and time and the categories selected, so that we can demonstrate consent. The record is kept for the duration of the choice and for the following 12 months.
7. Third parties, transfers and rights
The providers listed process data according to the roles and the safeguards for transfers outside the EU described in §13 of the User Privacy Policy, which we also refer you to for exercising your rights and for contact details.
8. Changes
Before introducing a new tool we update this notice and, if necessary, ask you for new consent. Previous versions remain available in the Legal and privacy centre.
