Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

PARTY HUB S.R.L. applies a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, CSAE) on PartyHub, in all its versions: iOS app, Android app and website. These standards are public, apply to all users — attendees, organisers, PRs and staff — and supplement the Terms of Service, the acceptable use rules and the moderation policy.

1. A service reserved for adults

PartyHub is a service dedicated to nightlife and events, reserved for persons aged 18 or over. Registration requires a declaration of date of birth and acceptance of the Terms; accounts for which there is evidence indicating a lower age are suspended and the related data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The platform is not designed or promoted for minors and does not offer profiles, content or features intended for them.

2. Prohibited conduct and content

The following in particular are prohibited and lead to immediate removal and closure of the account:

• publishing, uploading, sharing, requesting or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that portrays or depicts a minor in a sexualised way, including drawn, animated or AI-generated depictions;
• contacting a minor for sexual purposes or for solicitation (grooming), including through chat, direct messages, comments or invitations to events;
• sexualising a minor in texts, images, videos, usernames, or descriptions of events or venues;
• sexual extortion (sextortion), child trafficking, child sex tourism, or promoting, facilitating or advertising them;
• creating or running accounts that pose as minors, or using the platform to put minors in contact with adults for sexual purposes;
• organising, promoting or advertising on PartyHub events that involve minors in a sexual context.

3. How to report

Anyone can report CSAE content or behaviour, even without an account:

• in the app (iOS and Android): from the “…” menu at the top right of the profile, choose Report and select the reason “Child sexual exploitation”; the receipt with the case number appears immediately;
• on the web: the public form Report content, which issues a case number immediately;
• by email, including for authorities and specialist organisations: info@partyhubofficial.com, subject “CSAE”.

CSAE reports have absolute priority over the ordinary moderation queue. We never ask you to attach the reported material: it is enough to say where it is.

4. What happens after a report

• the content is made inaccessible as a precaution as soon as the report is received;
• the account responsible is suspended and, once the assessment is complete, permanently closed, with a ban on registering again;
• the necessary evidence and data (technical identifiers, logs, content) are kept for as long as the competent authorities need them, by way of derogation from ordinary deletion;
• cases that constitute a criminal offence are reported to the competent authorities — in Italy the Polizia Postale (Postal and Communications Police) and the Centro Nazionale per il Contrasto alla Pedopornografia Online (CNCPO) — and, where applicable by jurisdiction, to the relevant organisations such as NCMEC;
• the person who reported, if they left a contact, receives confirmation of the outcome within the limits allowed by the investigations.

Decisions are reasoned and can be challenged under the moderation policy and the notice and action procedure, except where disclosure would prejudice an investigation.

5. Preventive measures

• minimum age of 18 declared at registration and restated in the Terms;
• user blocking and reporting tools available on profiles, chats and content;
• moderation of reports with case tracking and preservation of evidence;
• safety filters on content generated by the AI assistant, described in the AI notice;
• training of moderation staff on recognising and escalating CSAE cases.

6. Child safety point of contact

Users, authorities, child protection organisations and app stores can write to info@partyhubofficial.com. The mailbox is monitored and communications with the subject “CSAE” are routed with priority to the person responsible for child safety at PARTY HUB S.R.L..

7. Compliance

These standards are also adopted in implementation of Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and Apple’s App Review Guidelines, and apply together with the legislation in force on the protection of minors, Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Reports are prioritised: content is removed, the account is suspended and terminated, evidence is preserved, and cases are referred to the competent authorities (in Italy the Polizia Postale and CNCPO) and, where applicable, to NCMEC.
