Acceptable use

Users and organisers may not use PartyHub for:

• content that is unlawful, discriminatory, threatening or misleading or that infringes the rights of third parties;
• spam, unsolicited contact, shadow profiles or use of exported data for incompatible purposes;
• impersonation, fraud, unauthorised resale or manipulation of rankings and reviews;
• circumventing RLS, roles, quotas, QR checks, rate limits or other security measures;
• sending sensitive data, credentials or personal data of third parties to the AI chat without a legal basis.

Proportionate enforcement

Measures may include restriction, removal or suspension depending on seriousness, frequency and context. Where applicable, the decision is reasoned and can be challenged under the moderation policy.
