Sfincione Fest is the international festival of bread and sfincione. It is one of southern Italy’s leading food and wine events, now in its 9th edition, with over 130.000 visitors in Bagheria. It brings together bakers from all over the world, Michelin-starred chefs and leading figures from the worlds of food and entertainment. The programme includes cooking shows, tastings, international competitions and concerts. Evening shows and concerts in Piazza Matrice are free entry. Cooking shows and talks at Villa Palagonia require paid entry. Programme subject to possible changes.
