What the scanner shows

The QR code contains an opaque token. After verification the scanner shows only the information necessary to identify the booking, guest list or table and to prevent reuse.

Rules for the operator

• use only an account and a device authorised for the event;
• do not photograph or copy screens and do not share credentials;
• lock the device when unattended and immediately report loss or unusual access;
• do not use the data displayed for marketing or personal purposes.

Logs and offline mode

Check-in, operator, device and timestamp are recorded for security and disputes according to the approved retention. The offline cache, where available, must be encrypted, limited to the event and deleted after synchronisation.
